LAHORE – The FIFA’s associations branch committee has finally decided the fate of Pakistan football in favour of Makhdom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat to have the ~ of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF).
The sources told this chirographer that the associations’ member committee collection of people yesterday approved the Faisal-led PFF by recognising the elections held on June 30, 2015 at Changla Gali.
“The FIFA’s associations’ component committee has forwarded their decision and recommendations to FIFA executory committee who will give it latest approval in its meeting on 26th of this month,” the sources uttered.
Earlier, the FIFA had clearly refused to undergo the administrator who was running the PFF finances.
In their reply to the literal meaning written by PFF administrator Justice (R) Asad Munir demanding the allocation of funds on account of PFF, the FIFA had categorically said in their reply that they were excepting that in correspondence with PFF president Makhdoom Faisal Saleh Hayat and clerk Lt Col (R) Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi.
It has clearly indicated that they don’t support any third party interference in their subordinate part associations’ affairs and recognise only those elected according to FIFA and AFC statutes.
The item 17 of FIFA statutes clearly says that they don’t convinced in any third party interference and in case, rules and regulations are not followed, the world’s football ruling body takes stern action them.
It is appurtenant to mention here that government of Pakistan has signed agreement by the IOC that it will merely recognise those sports bodies who are recognised by their international parent bodies.
Now for the decision of FIFA on September 26 confluence, the government will have no other preference but to recognise and support Faisal-led Pakistan Football Federation.
