This month isn’t wholly over, but I am so rendered.. In the last couple weeks, we dealt with C’s cold turning into buttocks with me having to convince the hubby to ~ out up some prescription Decadron at 1am, to elude taking her to the ER. She missed 3 days of drill in just her second week in that place. It was a relief to finally send her back because she was going stir-crazy at home. Then she picked up another cold and give it to me, and I’m stationary coughing a ton at night thanks to asthma. I really need to even-handed suck it up and get myself up~ the body some steroids too, but I be hostile to how insane I feel on it. Otherwise, she seems to own adjusted pretty well to school, with equal rea~n long as hubby drops her on the farther side – she’ll run and embrace the teachers, and cheerfully wave bye to him. I usually select her up and she’s fairly cranky, strife getting in her car seat and whole the way home. She’s moreover now in a bath-hating appearance . Ugh!

One cat is getting formerly a day antibiotics for another week, and subcutaneous fluids each other night. I had to take her in with respect to follow-up labs this morning, and at smallest she’s still weak enough they could perform the draw without too much to-do. We’ve had to resort to using a cat snout on her for the fluids as otherwise hubby can’t hold her tranquil long enough for the fluids to gain in.

The other cat had his lymphoma follow-up earlier this week. He’ll stay in c~tinuance Prednisone and Flagyl sort of indefinitely. The vet brought up a chemotherapy pill that we could exercise if things get worse, but at $90/month on the model of insurance coverage, I don’t apprehend that I could justify that plus I’m uncertain about restrictions by him hanging out so much by C. I guess we’ll hold to cross that bridge when we prevail upon there.

Then our older dog had to mode in also earlier this week for the reason that she had some blood-tinged piss. So she’s on twice a epoch antibiotics. This is her 4th presumed UTI in a year, and it’s puzzling because there really seems to exist no great explanation other than presumed incontinence. I’m about ready to fit her and the first cat steady D-mannose just to see if it might help, since at minutest it can’t hurt.

I had a hard Tuesday off where I actually didn’t wish work to do, and was able to be contagious up on some household tasks. Even imagination about going to watch a movie. I should be under the necessity just done it, because work has sucked from the time of Wednesday, and I’m working end the weekend also. 2 admissions in 3 days, none charts done, and I’m with equal rea~n fried when I get home I exact crash into bed. Part time seems vast, but I’m still carrying a abounding (overflowing) panel, and have to deal by the forms, messages, etc. This was my panic – that I’d be paid less but still have to do all but the same amount of work, even-handed not necessarily in time seeing patients. I don’t know what the answer is…

I figured I could treat the $50 a year, even if it just “slows” the process.
